Everything is relevant.
I just wanted to emphasize of how beautiful is the process of creating something from start to end specially if you love it. And the more quality (and qualified) people you have working on something usually leads to better results, despite the cost. Machines may offer more precision but not love. And yes my js1000 is made in japan from machines. But I love her despite the fact she don’t produce such sweet tones of some other guitars, butthenagainwe endupusinge.effects:)
i don’t disagree at all.
I just had the privilege to play with pure handmade guitars and stringed instruments (and met some of the people who made them) that sounded beyond amazing. Some other handmade instruments were awful and then again some “cheap” machine made instruments sounds amazing.
I bet every major manufacturer (Fender, Martin, Gibson, Maton, Yamaha etc) wether in the USA or the far east, have got similar equipment and quality controls. The difference in price must come down to the quality of wood used, local labour rates and the margin each brand can command (ie the price of the logo). I’ve played some $400 guitars that sound as good as $2000 ones if you let your ears be the judge rather than your eyes.

It would cost to much in labor and prices for the guitars would be to high.
Besides. it’s even more precision made by machines.
